MagnaChip Semiconductor Ltd. announced the launch of its 40V N-Channel MOSFET series for use in LCD Monitors and TV applications. The 40V N-Channel MOSFET series is said to allow customers to save overall system cost by minimizing required board space and to provide what is described as excellent switching performance with the specific combination of RDS(ON) and Qg as a result of advanced technology.

Mass production of the new 40V MOSFET series began in May.
