Kamaya Electric Unveils FCC10 Series Chip Fuses

Kamaya Electric Co. Ltd. (Japan) introduced the FCC10 Series of 0402 chip fuses that occupy a footprint of 1mm x 0.5mm and come with a profile of 0.4mm, enabling them to be used in protection circuits of space-constrained applications such as PDAs and notebooks.
The devices are rated from 0.4A to 3.15A and handle 250 percent their rated current for 5s. The fuses meet the UL and cUL requirements and conform to the EC 60127-4 specification for universal modular fuse links.
