Jahwa Electronics Presents JHV-10 Series Motors

Jahwa Electronics Co. Ltd. (South Korea) presented the JHV-10 Series of miniature, coreless, vibration motors, which operate from 2.5V to 3.8V and feature an insulation resistance of >5 megohms, allowing it to withstand up to 50Vdc. Designed for portable communication terminals, the 10mm(ø) x 3.4mm devices are able to rotate at 12,000rpm in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions. The devices are rated at <80mA, but require a starting current of <150mA.
