Honhui Electric Intros WD09E152ML0B Capacitors

Honhui Electronic Components Factory (China) introduced its WD09E152ML0B ceramic capacitors, which have a capacitance range between 100 pF and 1,000 pF, a capacitance tolerance of ±10 percent and ±20 percent, and capacitance testing parameters of 1 kHz/±20 percent and 1 Vrms/±0.2 Vrms at 25 °C.

Suitable for antenna coupling, line bypass and across-the-line applications, the capacitors feature a 250 Vac and 400 Vac rated working voltage, a 0.9 kHz to 1.1 kHz frequency range, and a -22 percent to 56 percent temperature coefficient. Dielectric strength is 4,000 Vdc and insulation resistance is 10,000 megohms.

Rated for operation between the -25 °C to +85 °C temperature range, the device has a lead length of 25 mm and pitch/lead spacing of 10 mm. Lead time is 15 days.
