Guiding Releases CCSLM306100j12 Ceramic Capacitors

Guiding Int. Ltd. (China) released its CCSLM306100j12 ceramic capacitors, available with capacitances ranging from 0.5 pF to 1 nF, which feature low internal impedance and long service life. Rated at 50 Vdc, 100 Vdc, 500 Vdc, 1 kVdc, 2 kVdc or 3 kVdc, the devices offer low loss at a wide range of frequencies and have an insulation resistance of 10 gigaohms (minimum).

The capacitors have a tolerance of ±0.25 pF to ±0.5 pF (under 10 pF), ±5% to ±10% (over 10 pF), and dielectric strength about 2.5 times the rated working voltage. The devices operate within the -25 °C to +85 °C temperature range.
