Europtronic Offers FMPE Series Film Capacitors
Europtronic Co. Ltd. (Suzhou, China) introduced the new FMPE Series of film capacitors, which have a dielectric strength of 1.5 times its rated voltage and an insulation resistance >30 gigaohms if the capacitance is 10 gigaohms if the capacitance is >0.33µF.
The new devices are suitable for coupling, decoupling, filtering, bypassing and timing circuits, and are manufactured with non-inductive construction; a metallized, polyester-film dielectric; and a flame-retardant, epoxy-resin coating. Capacitance ranges from 0.1µF to 4.7µF at 250Vdc, 33nF to 3.3µF at 400Vdc, or 0.01µF to 2.2µF at 630Vdc with tolerance levels of ±5 percent or ±10 percent. At 1kHz, 25 degrees C, the maximum dissipation factor is 0.01. The dimensions range from 14mm x 10mm x 5mm to 47mm x 30mm x 24mm.
