EPCOS Releases CDS4C16GTH Chip Ceramic Diodes

EPCOS Ltd. (Hong Kong, SAR) released its CDS4C16GTH model chip ceramic diodes, which are rated at 3 pF and have a 2.5 mm x 0.8 mm footprint. Featuring minimal signal distortion and high-speed data transmission capability, the components are suitable for ESD protection in USB 2.0, Ethernet, Firewire, and other applications. The diodes have a response time of less than 0.5 nsec, and can withstand up to 85 °C operating temperature.
