Diotec Debuts GBI and GBS Series of Inline Bridge Rectifiers

Diotec GmbH (Germany) extended its range of inline bridge rectifiers with the introduction of the GBI and GBS Series. The 19mm x 10mm GBS Series has 4A nominal current. Models in the GBI Series are available with currents of 10, 15, 20 and 25A and are housed in a 32mm x 17mm case.

The GBI and GBS Series have maximum repetitive reverse voltages from 50V to 1,000V and are suitable for mounting on printed circuit boards. An additional clamp allows the user to attach the device to a heatsink, though it may also be run without a cooling fin.
