Delta Introduces 300W Quarter Brick To Delphi Series Of Board Mounted DC-DC Power Converters

Delta Electronics, Inc. has introduced the latest addition to their Delphi series of board mounted dc-dc power converters, the Q48SH 12V, 25A quarter brick converter.

The Q48SH, 48V input, single output, isolated dc-dc converter, delivers up to 25A of output current or 300W of power in an industry standard quarter brick footprint and pinout. The Q48SH converter is said to deliver not only outstanding electrical and thermal performance, but to have industry leading efficiencies which translate into more board space at less cost for space constrained and cost-sensitive applications.

The Q48SH converter operates from an input voltage of 36 to 75V and provides a 5% regulated 12V, 25A output. Typical efficiency for this module at 12V/25A is 94.5%.
