Changjiang Intros CMSD2004S Switching Diode

Changjiang Electronics Technology Co. Ltd. (China) introduced the new CMSD2004S switching diode< which has a 0.1A rectified current, 250mW power dissipation and 240V reverse-voltage leakage current. Made with silicon material, the diode has a forward voltage of 100mA, a collector current of 225mA and a junction temperature range between -55°C to +150°C. Minimum orders are 100,000 pieces with a lead time of 15 days.
