Central Semiconductor Introduces High Current MOSFETs

August 07, 2011 by Jeff Shepard

Central Semiconductor Corp. introduced the CMPDM203NH 20V, 3.2A N-Channel and complementary CMPDM202PH 20V, 2.3A P-Channel MOSFETs. These devices, packaged in the industry standard SOT-23F, have low rDS(ON) characteristics of 50 and 88mΩ respectively. In addition, the low gate charge of 0.8nC (N-Channel) and 1.3nC (P-Channel) make these devices well suited energy efficient solutions for space constrained power management applications requiring higher current MOSFETs.

The CMPDM203NH and CMPDM202PH are well suited for a wide variety of battery powered portable devices such as cellular phones, MP3 players, and portable medical equipment. They are also suitable for applications such as dc-dc conversion, load switching and battery charging.

Pricing for the CMPDM203NH and CMPDM202PH starts at US$0.20 each for 3,000 pieces on tape and reel.
