Central Semiconductor Debuts SUBONE Family

Central Semiconductor Corp. (Hauppauge, NY) announced the release of the CMPSH1-4 power schottky rectifier, offering a forward current of 1A and packaged in the SOT-23F case.

The CMPSH1-4 has a nominal profile of 0.9mm while retaining the same mounting pad dimensions of the industry-standard SOT-23. The device is the first member of a new family called SUBONE, offering a profile of less than 1.0mm, and are suitable for portable electronic products.

The CMPSH1-4 is available in bulk pack or 3,000 pieces on 7in tape-and-reel, starting at $0.16 each. Sample devices are available upon request.
