Central Semiconductor Corp. (Hauppauge, NY) announced the release of the CMXDM7002A dual-SUPERmini, n-channel, enhancement-mode, DMOS FET in the SOT-26 surface-mount package, which features a low maximum VDS(on) of 1V. The CMXDM7002A is suitable for motor control, high-speed pulsed amplifiers and general-purpose line driver applications.

The CMXDM7002A offers a space savings of over 50 percent as compared to other individual SOT-23 devices, according to the company. The devices are available bulk-packed or in 3,000 pieces on 7in tape and reel. Prices for the CMXDM7002A start at $0.26 each for 3,000 pieces on a 7in reel. Sample devices are available upon request.
