Central Semi Introduces 30V, 2.4A P-Channel MOSFET in Miniature SOT-23F package

Central Semiconductor Corp. introduced the CMPDM302PH 30V, 2.4A P-Channel MOSFET. The CMPDM302PH in the industry standard SOT-23F package has a continuous drain current rating of 2.4A. The combination of an on-resistance, rDS(ON), of 61mΩ and a very low gate charge, Qgs, of 2.8nC makes this device a suitable energy efficient solution for higher current, space constrained power management applications.

The CMPDM302PH, a complement to the CMPDM303NH N-Channel MOSFET, is well suited for a wide variety of battery powered portable devices such as cellular phones, MP3 players, and portable medical equipment. It is also suitable for applications such as dc to dc conversion, load switching and battery charging.
