Bayton Technology Intros BT7320-61-1 Transceiver

Shenzhen Bayton Technology Ltd. (Shenzhen, China) introduced the new BT7320-61-1 SFF transceiver, which comes with a 1,310nm or 1,550nm FP or DFB laser diode transmitter and features automatic power control functions, as well as a temperature compensation circuit. The device operates via single-mode fiber links and is suitable for SONET/SDH and GbE systems.

The BT7320-61-1 SFF transceiver operates from a single 3.3V supply with PECL interface logic level and supports data rates from 5Mbps to 2.6Gbps (NRZ). The transceiver complies with the ITU-T G.957 requirements, as well as the IEC825 and CDRH Class 1 eye safety standards. It is also compatible with wave soldering and aqueous cleaning processes.
