ATC Presents New 600F Series RF Chip Capacitors

American Technical Ceramics Corp. (ATC, Huntington Station, NY) introduced the new 600F Series of RF and microwave chip capacitors, which are rated at 250Vdc and can withstand 625Vdc for 5s. Available in 0805 cases with capacitance values from 0.1pF to 240pF, the capacitors are designed for use in filter networks, matching networks, tuning, coupling, bypass, and dc blocking applications in basestations, satcom equipment, and point-to-point/point-to-multipoint radio.
The minimum insulation resistance is 1 gigaohm, and the lifespan is 2h (125°C, 2x working voltage). The capacitors are screened for operation over the -55°C to +125°C temperature range and meet the requirements of EIA-198, MIL-PRF-55681 and MIL-PRF-123 standards.
