NXP Semiconductor N.V. has extended its transistor portfolio by releasing 20 new 500 mA resistor equipped transistors (RETs) in SOT23 and SOT323 packages. This product series PDTB1xxxT/U and PDTDxxxxT/U offer an output current capability of 500 mA, operation voltage of 50 V and built-in bias resistor values from 1 to 10 k Ohm. Designed for high-temperature applications of up to 175 degrees C, they are suited for digital automotive applications.
PDTB1xxxT/U and PDTDxxxT/U are available as NPN and PNP types in two SMD plastic packages: The 2.9 x 1.3 x 1.0 mm SOT23 and the slightly smaller SOT323 at 2.0 x 1.25 x 0.95 mm. Additionally, the series offer a simplified circuit design, reduced component counts and +/- 10% resistor ration tolerance
