UNIPOWER LLC announcesd the acquisition of Power Solutions, Inc., an established and respected name in the Power Supply Industry for over 20 years. This acquisition not only adds to the sales volume of UNIPOWER but also expands the product offering of the company into strategic markets.
The combination of the two companies improves the market position of UNIPOWER going forward by expanding its commercial product offering into the lower power segments as well as giving the company a stronger presence in the industrial and medical markets.
Plans are in place to integrate the sales, marketing and manufacturing functions immediately and it is expected that full integration of the businesses will be concluded within the following few months. Power Solutions’ stocking and distribution center in Titusville, Florida will be consolidated into UNIPOWER’s Coral Springs, Florida facility. This consolidation is expected to be seamless to customers and vendors alike.
