Stinger Medical Inc. is claiming that it has solved one of the greatest concerns of clinicians using mobile clinical workstations by engineering a power system that never interrupts caregiver workflow due to recharging. Stinger Medical is introducing what it claims is the industry’s first and only continuous power system – Mobius Power™ – that will deliver seamless patient care.

Stinger Medical claims that the functionality of mobile point-of-care systems has evolved, stretching the limitations of current power supplies. After examining clinical workflow, Stinger Medical states that it "cut the cord" and developed an exclusive Lithium-Polymer power system technology. Mobius Power™ is said to be the only continuous power system for mobile workstations that allows clinicians to exchange power modules as needed without interrupting workflow.
