Intersil Corp. (Irvine, CA) announced that Citicorp Venture Capital Ltd. and Citicorp Mezzanine Partners LP priced a follow-on offering of 14,000,000 shares of Intersil Class A common stock at $31.50 per share. Intersil will not receive any of the proceeds from the shares of Class A common stock sold in this offering.
The selling shareholders have granted the underwriters an option, for 30 days from the closing, to purchase 2,100,000 additional shares of Class A common stock from the selling shareholders to cover over-allotments.
