Microsemi Corp. (Irvine, CA) announced that it has received a $7.5 million, 18-month contract for its military/aerospace and in-flight entertainment products from Rockwell Collins Inc. The contract includes semiconductor devices from all of Microsemi's four major product categories: power management, RF/microwave and optoelectronics, transient protection, and power conditioning.
"We continue to see long-term renewed strength in our military/aerospace segment,” commented Jim Peterson, president and CEO of Microsemi. “This is the largest contract the company has ever received from Rockwell Collins.”
