Lithium Tech. Closes on $450,000 Equity Bridge Financing Transaction

Lithium Technology Corp. (LTC, Plymouth Meeting, PA) announced it has closed on a $450,000 equity bridge financing transaction with private investors. The proceeds are expected to provide operating cash flow while LTC pursues certain strategic partnership opportunities already underway, as well as other private investment initiatives, the firm stated.
