Lighting Science Group Files Registration for Public Offering of Common Stock

Lighting Science Group Corp., an American maker of LED lighting, has filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed public offering for the sale of $150,000,000 of its common stock.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC will act as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Stifel Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Moelis & Company LLC, and Piper Jaffray & Co. will serve as co-managers. The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
