Infinite Power Solutions Appoints Bryan Holley as Executive VP of Worldwide Sales and Marketing

Infinite Power Solutions, Inc. (IPS) announced the appointment of Bryan Holley as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. Holley will oversee global sales and marketing with emphasis on growing the company’s revenue by expanding the direct sales team and indirect sales channels. In addition, he will provide leadership to increase general awareness and visibility of the company’s unique and industry-leading THINERGY® Micro-Energy Cell products.

Commenting on this new appointment, Holley said, "When introduced to the IPS opportunity by the company’s new CEO, I was amazed as to what IPS was doing with its technology in this market space. While I was not looking to make a career change at this point in my life, the energy, excitement, and competency of the IPS team made it impossible to pass up. I have never seen, let alone been involved with a company so poised to turn an industry upside-down, and I’m proud and excited to be a part of that industry revolution."

Holley comes to IPS with over three decades of business development and senior executive management experience at leading technology companies and is active in community philanthropy. His depth of experience in M&A activities include the successful merger of Proteon Systems/OpenROUTE Networks with Netrix Corporation, and the ITK Telecommunications, Inc. merger and sale involving Cisco Systems, Telebit Corporation and ITK Telekommunikation AG. Holley holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Tulane University.

In December, IPS announced the appointment of James D. Norrod as President and CEO of Infinite Power Solutions. Commenting on naming Holley to this executive level position, Norrod stated, "I have known Bryan for many years. I have complete trust in his acute sense of business leadership." Norrod added, "He’s just the guy to lead IPS to the next stage of growth by further developing our global sales and marketing strategy."
