Sustainable Energy Technologies Ltd. (Calgary, Alberta, Canada), a developer of power electronics for renewable energy applications, announced that, subject to regulatory approval, John Forzani and Robert Penner will join the company’s Board of Directors.
Forzani is the founder and Chairman of the Board of The Forzani Group Ltd., Canada's largest retailer of sporting goods. Robert Penner is recently retired as a partner with KPMG Canada in Calgary, where he held senior positions within the firm, and also served on the firm’s Canada Partnership Board and as Chairman of the firm’s Compensation Committee.
