eMotion Mobility Names Solectria as Supplier

Solectria Corp. (Wilmington, MA) announced that its electric drive system has been selected by eMotion Mobility LLC (Atlanta, GA) to power an electric car for an innovative station car program known as eMotion. Solectria's ac induction drive motor will be incorporated into an electric version of the two-seat MCC smart GmbH City Coupe, which eMotion plans to offer for short-term, shared use in urban centers within the US.
