Delta-Q Technologies Acquired by ZAPI
Delta-Q Technologies and ZAPI S.p.A. announced that ZAPI has acquired all outstanding shares of Delta-Q, including those held by investor Tandem Expansion Fund. The transaction closed on November 30th, 2016.

After the acquisition, the group will employ over 1,200 people in its main facilities worldwide with a total revenue of more than 400 million US dollars.
