Ballard Power Systems Inc. (Vancouver, BC, Canada) announced the appointment of Chris Guzy as Chief Technology Officer. Effective January 17, 2005, Guzy will lead the technology team responsible for realizing Ballard's mission of developing fuel cell power as a practical alternative to internal combustion engines through technology leadership.
