Axcelis Technologies Inc. (Beverly, MA) announced that William Jennings has joined the company's board of directors, bringing more than 38 years of business management experience to the team. Jennings is a former partner of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and most recently led the company's risk management and internal controls consulting practice. Previously, he served as chief financial officer of Bankers Trust and senior executive vice president at Shearson Lehman Brothers.
