Advanced Power Conversion plc (APC, Farnborough, England) announced an agreement with Behlman Electronics Inc. (New York) for a range of ac, dc and HV power supplies, frequency converters and inverters. The agreement with Behlman Electronics allows APC to also provide special focus on avionic applications with Belhman’s range of 115Vac at 400Hz power and test solutions, and a range of ac/dc and dc/dc PSU for aircraft.
In addition, Behlman’s reliable power systems, which range from a few watts to over 100,000VA, enhance APC's capabilities in a wide variety of applications, including production, testing, laboratories, oil and gas exploration, transportation, aerospace, and defence. The relationship also allows APC to deliver the Behlman ACM and ACP Series to research and development and test laboratory applications where controlled and defined ac sources are needed.
