Yangjie Electronics Releases YJ-04 Series Rectifiers

Yangzhou Yangjie Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) released its YJ-04 Series of bridge rectifiers in passivated glass, which feature a PRV of 1 kV. The devices have a rated voltage of 35 Vrms to 700 Vrms, a forward voltage of 1.1 Vdc, and a forward current of 1 A. Made with UL 94V-0-rated plastic, the devices operate within the -55 °C to +150 °C temperature range.
