Yangjie Electronic Releases YJ-15 Switching Diodes

Yangzhou Yangjie Electronic Co. Ltd. (China) released its new YJ-15 small-signal switching diodes with a rated voltage of 35 V to 100 V and an operating current of 150 mA to 0.2 A, which are suitable for personal computers, television receivers, communications applications, audio visual equipment, instruments, and control and high-frequency circuits.

The devices have a reverse-recovery time of 2 nsec to 4 nsec, and are available in DO-35 or mini-MELF packages.
