Wuxi Xuyang Releases MB05S Bridge Rectifiers

Wuxi Xuyang Electronic Co. Ltd. (China) released its MB05S bridge rectifiers that feature a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 50 V and a forward surge current of 30 A (maximum), and output an average rectified current of 0.5 A (maximum). Available in an MDI package, the rectifiers offer a forward voltage drop of 1.1 V and withstand reverse currents up to 50 A.
