Wanming Ceramic Intros Ceramic Capacitor Line

Xiamen Wanming Ceramic Co. Ltd. (China) has released a line of low-frequency ceramic capacitors that are rated at 50V or 500V and are able to withstand up to 2.5 times their voltage rating. Suitable for coupling and bypass circuits of electronic devices, the capacitors come with flame-retardant epoxy resin coating, radial leads, and are available with dimensions from 5.5(ø) x 3.5mm to 15(ø) x 4mm.

Capacitance value ranges from 100pF to 0.1µF (Y5P), 2.2nF to 0.22µF (Z5U), or 4.7nF to 0.47µF (Z5V) with ±10 percent or ±20 percent tolerance. Dissipation factor is <0.025 for the Y5P and Z5U, and <0.05 for the Z5V. The devices have an insulation resistance of at least 200 megohms and are screened for operation over the -25 to +85 degrees C temperature range for the Y5P and -10 to +85 degrees C for the Z5U and Z5V.
