Virtually Silent Micro Radial Fan with Air Intake of 2L/min

June 28, 2019 by Scott McMahan

The significance of air quality measurements whether in industry, households, or in vehicles is continuously increasing. Manufacturers should, therefore, should equip their applications with the optimal sensor fan, according to SEPA Europe. In this respect, SEPA says it is exactly the right partner.

SEPA Europe complemented its range of micro fans with the radial fan HY20A with the dimensions of 20mm x 20mm x 6.3mm. The air intake of the fan, which is on one side, is 2L/min.

A sound pressure level of 5dB(A) at a distance of 1m makes it virtually inaudible.

As is the case with all of the micro fans that the company produces, the HY20A is equipped with the company's reliable Magfix sleeve bearing.

It has a service life of 210,000h (MTBF) or a 40,000h (L10) at 40°C. The tachometer output continuously monitors the running speed of the fan.

SEPA says that HY20A is also an attractive solution for cooling of hot spots in embedded applications and says that this compact blower ensures that optimal use is made of limited installation space.
