V-Infinity Announces New Line Of 0.25W SMT DC-DC Converters

V-Infinity, a division of CUI Inc., announced a new line of 0.25W dc-dc converters. The VAT0.25 and VBT0.25 series feature a SMT package and internal SMD construction. They are designed to convert fixed voltages into isolated voltages and do not require a heatsink or external components.

These series are well suited for a wide range of applications including mixed analog/digital circuits, test and measurement equipment, process/machine controls, and datacom/telecom fields.

The VAT0.25 and VBT0.25 series have nominal input voltages of 5, 12, and 24Vdc. The VAT0.25 offers output voltages of +/-3.3, +/-5, +/-9, +/-12, and +/-15 while the VBT0.25 model provides outputs of 3.3, 5, 9, 12, and 15. Both series measure 0.50 x 0.30 x 0.16" in a UL94V-0 rated package with industry standard pinouts. Operating temperature range is -40 to 85°C and I/O isolation is 1000Vdc.

Both series are available now and start at $3.51 in 100 piece quantities.
