Tripp Lite Unveils Newly Redesigned 3-Phase UPS Systems
Tripp Lite introduced four new SmartOnline™ 3-Phase UPS Systems. Tripp Lite’s new 3-Phase UPSs feature what the company claims is the smallest footprint cabinets in their class. Power and battery components have been combined into a single, compact module that saves valuable floor space. In addition, convenient front-panel battery access simplifies runtime scalability, providing 100% availability for connected equipment.
Tripp Lite’s SmartOnline 3-Phase UPS Systems provide mission-critical equipment in computing, networking, telecommunications, VoIP and industrial environments with the highest level of power protection available. They feature true on-line, double-conversion operation and IGBT technology that provides <3% total harmonic distortion. SmartOnline 3-Phase UPS Systems provide 3-phase 120/208V hardwire input and output. A static bypass and manual maintenance bypass ensure continuous availability by safely passing through AC power if the UPS requires maintenance. A robust internal battery system can be easily extended (without changing the UPS’s footprint) by installing additional optional internal battery packs through the front access door. For example, runtime is scalable from 5 to 31 minutes at full load with the 20kVA model.

Tripp Lite’s new 3-Phase UPS Systems are available in 20kVA and 30kVA base models (SU20K3/3 and SU30K3/3) and extended runtime models (SU20K3/3XR5 and SU30K3/3XR5).
