TRACOPOWER Offers SIP Package DC-DC Converter With 4:1 Input Range
TRACOPOWER introduced it’s new TMR-2WI Series of isolated and fully regulated 2W dc-dc converters in the high-density 1.18 x 0.36 x 0.49" SIP package with input ranges of 9-36/18-75 Vdc. According to the company, the wide input range, high efficiency operation and a shutdown input during stand-by operation make the converters particularly interesting for battery operated applications.
The TMR-2WI series consists of 14 models offering 9~36 Vdc or 18~75 Vdc input ranges with single and dual-outputs ranging from 3.3~15 Vdc. The efficiency of up to 84% allows �40 to +75°C operation temperatures at full load. Further features include remote On/Off control, 1000 Vdc Isolation, short circuit protection and tightly regulated output voltages. Typical applications for these ultra-compact converters are battery operated equipment and distributed power architectures in communication, instrumentation and industrial electronics, everywhere where space on the PCB is critical. All models are RoHS compliant and comply with international safety standards.
Units are in full production with deliveries available from stock to 8 weeks. Pricing is as low as $9.80 for 1000 pieces of the single output models.
