TRACOPOWER Introduces 3W DC-DC Converter With 4:1 Input Range In SIP Package

TRACOPOWER introduced its new TMR-3WI series of wide/4:1 input dc-dc converter offering 3W of power in the compact SIP 8 package. Remote ON/OFF control and what is described as high efficiency operation make these converters suitable for battery operated applications.

The TMR-3WI series are isolated, fully-regulated 3W converters in a compact SIP-8 package measuring only 22.8 x 9.2 x 11.2mm. The TMR-3WI series converters comprise of 16 models offering 9-36 and 18-75Vdc inputs with regulated 3.3, 5.0, 9.0, 12, 15, +/-5, +/-12 and +/-15Vdc outputs. Their small size and high efficiency make these products a suitable solution for many space critical applications. Standard features include an operating temperature range of –40 to +85°C; continuous short circuit protection; I/O-isolation of 1500Vdc; and IEC/UL 60950-1 compliance.
