TRACO Launches TEN-30WI Series DC-DC Converters

TRACO Electronic AG (Zurich, Switzerland) announced its TEN-30WI Series of isolated, high-performance, dc-dc converter modules. The 10 models with output voltages of 1.8Vdc, 2.5Vdc, 3.3Vdc, 5Vdc and 12Vdc features ultra-wide, four-to-one input ranges (9Vdc to 36Vdc and 18Vdc to 75Vdc). The product offers remote on/off, as well as short-circuit and over-voltage protection.

Built-in EMI filters for both input and output minimizes the need of external filtering. The high efficiency allows operating ambient temperatures up to +60°C without de-rating. The TEN 30WI comes in a low-profile, 50mm x 40mm x 10mm, shielded metal package with an industry-standard footprint. The new converters are suitable for a wide variety of communications, industrial or other distributed power applications where a wide input voltage range is requested.
