TPI Intros New TPDH100 DC/DC Converters

Total Power International (TPI, Lowell, MA) introduced its new 100W, single- and dual-output TPDH100 line of half-brick, dc/dc converters that are designed to meet international safety standards.

The TPDH100 features an input range of 36Vdc to 72Vdc, an input voltage of 48Vdc, an input current of 2.65A at full load and 0.03A no-load at 48Vdc nominal input, an inrush current of 55A at 75Vdc, under-voltage protection activated at 34Vdc to 35.5Vdc input, an input reflected ripple current of 40mA at 48Vdc, an isolation voltage of 1,500Vdc input-output, an output wattage of 100W, line regulation of 0.1 percent, load regulation of ±1.0 percent, noise and ripple of 100mV, over-voltage protection, overload protection, a switching frequency of 330kHz, a power density of 36W/in³, an efficiency of 80 percent, an operating temperature of -40 to +100 degrees C, and a temperature coefficient of 0.02 percent/C.
