Takanawa Electronics Releases TK Series Thermistors

Takanawa Electronics Corp. (Taiwan) released its TK Series of surface-mount thermistors that are available in footprints of 1608 (0603), 2012 (0805) or 3216 (1206). The devices feature fast response times and ultra-low capacitance. Operating within the -40 °C to +125 °C temperature range, the SMDs have a dissipation constant of 0.9 mW/°C and a power rating of 4 mW to 6 mW.
