Sota Enertech Offers New 12-UPSA690W SLA Batteries

Sota Enertech Inc. (China) offered its 12-UPSA690W sealed lead-acid (SLA) batteries, designed for unterruptible power supply (UPS) applications, which feature a rating of 6 V, 90 W, and come in dimensions of 70 mm x 47 mm x 106 mm.

Featuring a discharge capacity of 100% (25 °C) or 102% (40 °C), the batteries have an internal resistance of 15 milliohms and a discharge current of 100 A (5 sec). The SLA batteries require a recharging current of 1.8 A and offer a 50% improvement in power density compared to conventional models.
