Sinyork Intros PTC and NTC Thermistors

Sinyork Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) introduced its new PTC and NTC thermistors for termination networks, magnetic buzzers, electric condenser microphones and LCD monitor speakers, which are available in DIP and SMD types. The DIP thermistors feature an inrush current protection of 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 13mm and 15mm diameter, 15 ohms to 120 ohms (SP Series), while the SMD NTC thermistors are offered in 0402, 0603 and 0805 packages. With a typical resistance of 15,000 megohms at 25°C, the product operates between the -10°C and +120°C temperature range and has a thermal dissipation constant of 5mW/°C.
