Shiny Space Intros SSM Series Capacitors

Shiny Space Ent. Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) announced the new SSM Series of multilayer ceramic capacitors exhibiting high capacitance in a miniature size. The capacitors are intended for computers, data processing, telecom, industrial control, instrumentation and switching power supply applications.

The radial-lead capacitors are flame-retardant-epoxy coated and are offered in tape and box or bulk. Capacitance values range from 1pF to 22µF. Rated voltages are specified at 10Vdc, 16Vdc, 25Vdc, 50Vdc and 100Vdc. The devices in the series feature NPO(COG), X7R, Z5U and Y5V dielectrics, with 0.1 percent, 2.5 percent to 5 percent, 4 percent, and 5 percent to 10 percent dissipation factors, respectively.
