Shin-Hang Electronics Intros VCR Series Varistors

Shin-Hang Electronics Enterprise Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) announced its new VCR Series of varistors, which are capable of withstanding 18V to 1.8kV, enabling them to protect against surge and transient voltages in power supplies, telecommunications equipment, CATV systems, microprocessors and motor control systems. The varistors feature a polycrystalline ceramic body with ZnO grains and are available with diameters between 5mm to 25mm. The devices exhibit stable operation and low leakage currents.
