Shengye Electrical Co. Ltd. (China) announced its CBB41 switching power filter capacitors, which feature epoxy resin sealing, and copper chip terminals. Suitable for filtering and bypass circuits in laser power, uninterruptible power supplies and high-power turn weld machines, the ceramic multi-layer capacitors can withstand high current, high voltage and high temperature, and feature low profile, high stability, low dissipation factor and >100,000h life expectancy.
The products operate with 5µF, 10µF, 20µF, 30µF or 50µF at 400Vdc to 1.2kVdc with ±5% (J) or ±10% (K) capacitance tolerance. Dissipation factor is 5 gigaohms. The operating temperature range is from -25°C to +105°C.
