Sheng Ye Electrical Debuts CBB3X Series Capacitors

Sheng Ye Electrical Co. Ltd. (China) announced its new CBB3X Series of metallized film capacitors, which are offered with capacitance values of 0.1µF to 20µF at tolerance levels of ±5 percent and ±10 percent. The devices are also rated from 400Vdc to 3kVdc, making them suitable for use in power applications such chargers, ac converters, UPS systems and motor controllers.
The capacitors operate from -25 to +105 degrees C and feature an insulation resistance >15 gigaohms. Dissipation factor is placed at 0.0008.
