Shanghai Chenyi Intros HER101 to HER108 Rectifiers

Shanghai Chenyi Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) introduced the new HER101 to HER108 high-efficiency rectifiers, which offer low forward-voltage drop, high surge-current capability, low leakage and high reliability. They come housed in a JEDEC DO-41 molded plastic body, with UL 94V-0 epoxy sealing and plated axial leads.

Maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage ranges from 50V to 1kV. Maximum rms voltage is from 35V to 700V. The devices have an average forward-rectified current of 1A. At rated voltage, the maximum reverse current is 5µAdc. At 1A, maximum instantaneous forward voltage is 1V, 1.3V and 1.7V. Reverse-recovery time is 50ns or 70ns.

They are specified for operation from -65 to +150 degrees C. Dimensions measure 2.7mm x 56mm.
