Semiconductor Circuits Intros SC75A Series DC Converters

Semiconductor Circuits Inc. (Windham, NH), a designers and manufacturer of dc-dc converters, introduced its SC75A Series of half-brick dc-dc converters, which feature a 4:1 ultra-wide input range of 18 Vdc to 75 Vdc, a 2:1 input range of 9 Vdc to 18 Vdc and 18 Vdc to 36 Vdc, remote shutdown, remote sense, and an industry-standard footprint.

The converters provide a reliable power source that has 400 kHz switching frequency, continuous short-circuit protection, low noise and I/O isolations. The converters are suitable for industrial electronics, distributed power equipment, radio and mobile communication equipment and decentralized type power supplies.
